Theatre collapse in London

There has been a collapse at a theatre in London, the Apollo Theatre.

Kevin Higgins leaving for Wake Forest

Citadel football coach Kevin Higgins is leaving his post at to take an assistant coaching job at Wake Forest per Jeff Hartsell of the Post and Courier. Higgins has been the Bulldogs coach since 2005.

Andy Pruitt of Channel 5 says that a 4pm press conference will be held to announce him stepping down. 

Higgins will be the WRs coach at Wake Forest, along with being the assistant head coach.

Higgins was 43-58 in his nine seasons there.

Mack Brown to resign as Texas head coach

The Longhorn Network is reporting that Mack Brown is resigning as Texas head football coach after 16 years.

Shooting at CO high school

There has been another school shooting. It is at Arapahoe HS in Centennial, CO, about 8 miles from where the Columbine shooting was in 1999.

Two killed near Wingate

Two people have been killed near Wingate University in North Carolina.

The Wingate campus has been on lockdown since 6:15 p.m. No official word on the cause.

6:54pm update from WBTV: #UPDATE: 2 dead, 3rd person injured in shooting along E. Wilson Street along #Wingate campus. campus on lockdown

WSOC: University officials told Channel 9 the incident involved three victims on East Wilson Street, which runs alongside the campus.

Police contacted school officials and said they should put the school under lockdown. #Wingate PD: assailants not on campus, lockdown is a precaution. 3 different crime scenes within the city. Doesn't believe student at risk
