Breaking News: Tennessee WR Da'Rick Rogers has been suspended indefinitely from the football program, per several sources, including the Tennessee football team. Dooley just said he doesn't expect Rogers will play for Vols this season. According to Joe Schad, he violated the school's substance abuse policy.
This is an important suspension, since he was one of the top WRs on their team. There hasn't been a reason given to why.
Tennessee fans are stunned, but Rogers is noted for his bad attitude. He had one during the Kentucky game last year per Bruce Feldman.
In 2011 Da'Rick Rogers caught 67 passes for 1,040 yards and nine touchdowns, while averaging 15.5 yards per reception.
Evan Woodbery: Team was informed before practice but Dooley offered no details. Rajion Neal: "We've just got to believe in the coaches."
