Per @sam_amick of USA Today Sports: The Milwaukee Bucks and coach Scott Skiles have agreed to part ways immediately, USA Today Sports has learned. Story to come.
The Bucks are 16-16, in 8th in the Eastern Conference, and are on a 4 game losing streak.
Milwaukee has made assistant Jim Boylan its interim coach, league source tells Yahoo! Sports (Adrian Wojnarowski).
Per Amick: Skiles has been the coach of the Bucks since the 2008-09 season,
compiling a record of 162-182, with one playoff appearance. Overall,
Skiles has a record of 443-433 in 13 seasons.
NBA.com reported earlier that Skiles told the Bucks he didn't want to
come back after this season but that the team had asked him to keep an
open mind and that they might be willing to offer him about another
deal.
